Hi, I'm Simoné

I am a photographer based in Auckland, New Zealand. My love of photography started very early on. I saved for my first camera at age 8! However, my passion for photography really grew when I started documenting mine and my husband's adventures hiking and camping.

Walking through the bush or climbing a mountain is where we feel most at home. These moments form the foundation of our relationship and our story.

One of my favourite parts of this job is getting to know the people I get to work with. Understanding your story; how you met, your special moments, how you got engaged and what being married means to you. To me, taking your photos means telling your story so that you can look back and remember and feel how you felt on that incredibly special day.

I believe that photos should capture the story behind the people and places who are in them. I love taking photos of people living and being themselves.
